Sleep Work & Social
How do we really find balance in our lives to fit in rest relaxation with work and friends? Most of the time it’s just time playing on our mind, we really need to get our heads together and just do it, but then how far can we take it?
Pushing ourselves everyday can have an affect on our health mind, body & soul, struggling to keep yourself in shape and struggling to be aware of your surroundings, taking on too much in our lives is just what we do not want.
Working way too much does not improve our lives later on in life, unless your great with money off course, having an over active social life does the opposite affect, and then you need to fit in sleep.
I notice that I go through fazes much like the moon does one week is all work the next is the TV then all work and I never can find that nice balance of doing a time allocated allotment to get things done, I personally find it frustrating but when I try to change something everything else goes flying out the window.
How does your life cope with the struggles of this hectic life and what can you take out to make it easier, or are you one who watch’s your favorite shows on TV and only has time for work and play & sleep and no time for social gatherings!
