Sleep

How much sleep do we need and why we need sleep, we need sleep to strengthen our mind body and soul to endure another day, to be proactive and survive, but every individual is different on how much sleep we need, as well as if we are happy or sad.

If your happy, you most probably will not want 10 hours of sleep, you could most likley survive on 4 to 6 hours sleep, thugh they say the average is around 6 hours, most of us need at least 7 – 8 hours of sleep per day or night.

If we are sad we get into a langer sleeping pattern or we nap rather than sleep making us more tired and irritable, so make your self happy and have more time to do things that make you happy and enjoy life rather than worrying about sleep.

Distraction Anxiety

Being distracted can have its benefits but sometimes you just struggle with attempting to get things done, but when there are distractions well I do anyway, is that when you have to many things going on a round you which one to focus on.

Prioritising in an instance is one thing I can only do when I have made the decision to do so, this usually creates anxiety and unwanted fear, I only worked this out yesterday when I was trying to get things done but was not motivated enough to accomplish everything, the pizza I had for dinner didn’t help.

I have always wondered why some days when there lots do and my mind actually panics, which I seem to be use to as this was an eye opener yesterday, when I just layed down and watched TV after thinking about all the things I had to get done before work, all I did was lay down.

One way to get around this is not to give up, if you catch it early enough to notice, the process of breaking tasks down, segment everything and do something different in between tasks, take time to organise and refresh yourself, and don’t drink to much caffeine that seems to complicate things, in the end it all comes down to breathing and focusing on what is the most important to you.

Encourage your self to stay calm in all situations and not to take it too far either way and remember the moment is now and the next few strokes of paint on the masterpiece is all we ever need to worry about and do everything in segments, write a list if you need to, help your self out.

Weather

Weather affects our moods in a variety of ways but everyone seems to approach different types of weather in different ways, its sunny out may mean that it’s hot if in summer and some will associate it with the beach and fun and others look at it as avoiding the sun and staying inside with the air conditioner on all day.

Storms, personally I love storms to a point, I like the thunder shaking my body and the lightning lighting the night sky, I love the power of the wind and the sound it makes whistling past the houses and power lines, but for people who have lost houses or loved ones in violent storms this would bring sorrow and maybe fear.

But we can’t have it all as some of us would like it, if your a sun person who worships RA you would love it to be sunny everyday, but we need the rain, people who love heavy downpours these cause floods and so on, so to have balance in our life’s we must realize that we are like the weather.

We have moods, we are stormy one day and calm and blue sky’s the next, we have troughs and lows as well as highs where we are so happy and in ecstasy that we ignore the devastation that we left last week when we were in a low, so always remember that all have a different pattern and different seasons, which we all need to work through to gt to the next one.

Don’t forget to clean up the destruction after a cyclone typhoon hurricane tornado tidal wave tsunami that may have been you who caused the turmoil within another person like a tectonic plate in an earthquake.

Yin Yang Light Dark

What is light and dark, we all know about the sun and the moon, but in a spiritual sense what is it?

The light is Good right?
Think again.

The Dark is Bad?
Think Again.

Searching for balance you cannot survive in pure light, unless you are an angel then you would be reading this would you, your the angel on earth maybe but you would not be pure light so you could not be, you would no longer be on that plane of existence.

What about being pure evil, not possible even Hitler had a an idea he thought would work, but we all saw it as evil, but he did it in the name of good from his perspective, so how do we judge on who is light and who is dark.

It all goes back to being who we really are and in the sense of reality, the true reality, we are all evil but we are all good, to live in the dark of light or to live in the light of dark, unless your one of the lucky ones who have found that perfect balance, which I doubt many have.

Jesus found the balance, Buddha is the balance, Tao wrote the balance, Mohammed actioned the balance, Krishna practiced the balance, they are all right, they all had there perspective on balance of the light and dark.

Yin and Yang, enjoy both, love the dark, find balance in your own life, check your inner guide before proceeding.
