Most of the time it&#8217;s just time playing on our mind, we really need to get our heads together and just do it, but then how far can we take it?<span id="more-344"></span></p>
<p>Pushing ourselves everyday can have an affect on our health mind, body &amp; soul, struggling to keep yourself in shape and struggling to be aware of your surroundings, taking on too much in our lives is just what we do not want.</p>
<p>Working way too much does not improve our lives later on in life, unless your great with money off course, having an over active social life does the opposite affect, and then you need to fit in sleep.</p>
<p>I notice that I go through fazes much like the moon does one week is all work the next is the TV then all work and I never can find that nice balance of doing a time allocated allotment to get things done, I personally find it frustrating but when I try to change something everything else goes flying out the window.</p>
<p>How does your life cope with the struggles of this hectic life and what can you take out to make it easier, or are you one who watch&#8217;s your favorite shows on TV and only has time for work and play &amp; sleep and no time for social gatherings!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Your speed in life depends on a lot of factors, time is only an illusion as you may have noticed through your life some days go quick and others slow, that black cat walks past twice and you think, some things changed in the matrix, what really is it when we shift into a feeling of time changes.<span id="more-234"></span></p>
<p>The fact we are made of energy and we are compressed to make atoms and then compressed again to create a body of some sort, does the fluctuation of the earths magnetic field, our sense of time, the weather or even the mood we are in, can all this change our concept of time and space and where we are in space.</p>
<p>The fact that we do fluctuate in time and our mind sometime recognize this when we are in a certain state, some even say we change dimensions and we perceive the entire world in a different light, looking through the portal into the virtual world and seeing things they that you either want to or not see, positive and negative.</p>
<p>Where are all in our own individual space and some of us view slow time days and some fast time days and all the factors above all stand to play a part in our existence and perception of time.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What is a soul and why do worry about it so much, do we need to know we have an energy field around us, most of us are curious about what exists and what we are, but what is our soul?  What do we need to know and why do we need to know?<span id="more-195"></span></p>
<p>The fact that we are even curious about our souls is bright to you by ancient written text even the ancient Egyptians believed we all had a soul, some religions believe it is our energy centers others our outer membrane that holds us together as beings.</p>
<p>The M theory, a physics theory that tries to explain the dimensions of life and gives us some clue&#8217;s to what a soul is, the atom is solid and the energy that makes up that atom is in constant motion, but to us we see it as a solid, so that could mean that our soul is not just the energy that is compressed to make an atom what it is.</p>
<p>We know the earth has a magnetic field and we also have a slight magnetic field, so could that field be our soul, it would explain the change in our moods depending on our magnetism and if it is out of balance we could be abrupt and grumpy, if its in line and even we would be happy and tolerant.</p>
<p>Or could our soul be just a collection of all our different energies in a nice package so people could keep the explanation for who we are, so that we could understand the simplicity of it all with out going into the mechanics/electronics of how our soul is highly unstable and changes from day to day with out warning.</p>

<p>If your happy, you most probably will not want 10 hours of sleep, you could most likley survive on 4 to 6 hours sleep, thugh they say the average is around 6 hours, most of us need at least 7 &#8211; 8 hours of sleep per day or night.</p>
<p>If we are sad we get into a langer sleeping pattern or we nap rather than sleep making us more tired and irritable, so make your self happy and have more time to do things that make you happy and enjoy life rather than worrying about sleep.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Being distracted can have its benefits but sometimes you just struggle with attempting to get things done, but when there are distractions well I do anyway, is that when you have to many things going on a round you which one to focus on.</p>
<p>Prioritising in an instance is one thing I can only do when I have made the decision to do so, this usually creates anxiety and unwanted fear, I only worked this out yesterday when I was trying to get things done but was not motivated enough to accomplish everything, the pizza I had for dinner didn&#8217;t help.</p>
<p>I have always wondered why some days when there lots do and my mind actually panics, which I seem to be use to as this was an eye opener yesterday, when I just layed down and watched TV after thinking about all the things I had to get done before work, all I did was lay down.</p>
<p>One way to get around this is not to give up, if you catch it early enough to notice, the process of breaking tasks down, segment everything and do something different in between tasks, take time to organise and refresh yourself, and don&#8217;t drink to much caffeine that seems to complicate things, in the end it all comes down to breathing and focusing on what is the most important to you.</p>
<p>Encourage your self to stay calm in all situations and not to take it too far either way and remember the moment is now and the next few strokes of paint on the masterpiece is all we ever need to worry about and do everything in segments, write a list if you need to, help your self out.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weather affects our moods in a variety of ways but everyone seems to approach different types of weather in different ways, its sunny out may mean that it&#8217;s hot if in summer and some will associate it with the beach and fun and others look at it as avoiding the sun and staying inside with the air conditioner on all day.</p>
<p>Storms, personally I love storms to a point, I like the thunder shaking my body and the lightning lighting the night sky, I love the power of the wind and the sound it makes whistling past the houses and power lines, but for people who have lost houses or loved ones in violent storms this would bring sorrow and maybe fear.</p>
<p>But we can&#8217;t have it all as some of us would like it, if your a sun person who worships RA you would love it to be sunny everyday, but we need the rain, people who love heavy downpours these cause floods and so on, so to have balance in our life&#8217;s we must realize that we are like the weather.</p>
<p>We have moods, we are stormy one day and calm and blue sky&#8217;s the next, we have troughs and lows as well as highs where we are so happy and in ecstasy that we ignore the devastation that we left last week when we were in a low, so always remember that all have a different pattern and different seasons, which we all need to work through to gt to the next one.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget to clean up the destruction after a cyclone typhoon hurricane tornado tidal wave tsunami that may have been you who caused the turmoil within another person like a tectonic plate in an earthquake.</p>

<p>The light is Good right?<br />
Think again.</p>
<p>The Dark is Bad?<br />
Think Again.</p>
<p>Searching for balance you cannot survive in pure light, unless you are an angel then you would be reading this would you, your the angel on earth maybe but you would not be pure light so you could not be, you would no longer be on that plane of existence.</p>
<p>What about being pure evil, not possible even Hitler had a an idea he thought would work, but we all saw it as evil, but he did it in the name of good from his perspective, so how do we judge on who is light and who is dark.</p>
<p>It all goes back to being who we really are and in the sense of reality, the true reality, we are all evil but we are all good, to live in the dark of light or to live in the light of dark, unless your one of the lucky ones who have found that perfect balance, which I doubt many have.</p>
<p>Jesus found the balance, Buddha is the balance, Tao wrote the balance, Mohammed actioned the balance, Krishna practiced the balance, they are all right, they all had there perspective on balance of the light and dark.</p>
<p>Yin and Yang, enjoy both, love the dark, find balance in your own life, check your inner guide before proceeding.</p>
