Making pre informed judgments, jumping to conclusions before you find out all the facts, how many people do this, most of of us do, how many of us express our views verbally before we have time to realise the mistake we are making, some of of us, how many people feel compelled to keep making these judgments after the facts have been shown to make themselves look less of a fool?

The fact that we do this is not that bad though through the ages we have done some dastardly and horrific things which is what most of our wars have been based on, the insecurities of our own minds our worst fears externalized in a blood bath of human life, but there are the smaller, what some of us call mundane things in our life’s that can hurt individuals who may make a small mistake in there life’s and then exaggeration sets in.

The fact the we turn an event that appears to be of questionable into something horrific and out of context seems to be human nature to protect our morals or afraid for our selves in some way, we need to be patient and wait for the facts to come rather than jumping up and saying he did it, or I see something I don’t like lets castrate the next person I see do that, how far can we take something and not look back later and say to ourselves why did we jump to the worst possible vision, outcome or judgment?

WE are always looking for scapegoats someone to judge for there actions even if they are guilty or innocent if it does no harm to others it is an innocent mistake, if it harms others then that questionable act is in question in our society that we live and play in, our world should be kept safe but not restrictive and use caution when the water cooler be comes the judgment zone.

When you just find everything just falls into place, everything comes together and you accomplish a lot, but from the begining it’s like your trying fitting a square block into a round hole and it’s not going to happen then out of nowhere the round hole appears to change size oor becomes a square and the universe shines on you.

What is the recipe for this thought and emotion….and a lot of, Patients and lots of it, but with time we all eventually master the balance that we call unexpected problems in life and with time all wounds heal, but we have allow them to heal as there are no quick fixes or mircles until we learn to master our thought and emotion.

So when things just fall into place it ends in a mircle from inside you and is expressed outwardly, no one else can heal you or your problems, it is just you and you alone that needs to do the work.

Interpreting what some else is saying or doing, is all about the what is in your head not what is in there head or heart, the intention of the other person is not always or may never be to hurt the other but just a statement or even they may be just looking for a reaction from you, so why do we interpret what most people are supposedly feeling?

They fact is most people do react to what others say and what your body language is, it could be because your pet chewed up your favourite pair of shoes or pooed at the back door who knows what actually happened to you are them in the preceeding day or week, they are not going to tell you there life story in a quick 2 min outburst, though I know some people who do, because its there choice to be in the mood they are in.

Why then do we always choose the negative, why not choose the positive and be positive towards others no matter what they are feeling emotionally, as well its only there body language that is only trying to show you there emotion, people say I am always grumpy and depressed, I work night shift so I am always tired and lacking sleep though emotionally I am not grumpy or depressed, well sometimes I am but usually not for long.

Your interpretation of what someone means or what mood they are in will most probably be misinterpreted most of the time, so if your find offence or are confused about or even concerned, you should speak to them and find out why this person is in the situation, speak to the person as they are a living being as you are, it’s no good for anyone if you just make things up in your head and then making a fool of yourself when you tell everyone else except for the person that you are inappropriately confused about.

Quoting is one of pet hates, you read from a book or watch a movie listen to a song and you think to yourself that sounds smart, we all know where it come from, then you have the people you quote from ancient text and think it is right because it was written by people we have never meet and will never talk to yet some of us think they are write and unwavering there writings.

Have you experienced this for yourself should be the question you should ask your self, Something that is written on papyrus is not something you would want to set your life by, even what I am writing here is not what you would consider gospel, or even scientific research that tells you if you do this and this you will achieve this, the fact is you must experience the event for your self for it to be true.

Fiction is our greatest achievement but also our greatest illusion to ourselves we should be following our hearts and minds to experience and to determine what is fact and fiction, the collection of what we consider to be true could and probably is the most outstanding foolery of all time, what if the writers of the bible where fiction writers making a story from ancient text that has now been destroyed, this would cause the world to go into turmoil if it were true.

The fact that our past is sketchy and there will be no way of determining the truth, I would ask to please stop quoting from books and decide what the truth is for your self experience this, thoughts are fine, express those thoughts and emotions, if you see someone else’s thought or hear them say something that you don’t believe in please by all means jump in, but don’t quote something just to prove them wrong, it makes me angry to see the human race fall into this to be powerful is to think and act for ones self.

Well its nearly a new year but why do some of us make new year resolutions at this time of year, are we just coming down from the high of Christmas and have the need to judge or change our self’s, shouldn’t a resolution be made when you are ready to make that transformation in your life? How many people actually make those said changes and how committed can you be when the first thing you do is make a promise to your self that can not be kept.

It just shows how trust worthy you are to your own self, you are just judging yourself in a moment that you make the list of what to change, most resolutions consist of losing weight or quiting or becoming more of something in your own life and it is all in that moment that the judgement is made, if you really wanted to change yourself wouldn’t you have done it by now or why not make a monthly resolution and make you goals more achievable and without judgement and leave new years eve to bringing in the new year with joy.

People may appear delusional at times, or even find themselves in a delusional state, finding out that life is not what it seems, understanding that peoples perceptions can be arrogant and delusional, but the fact is they may think you are the delusional one for not taking on their perception of time and space, finding out that your perception of things are different to everyone else’s, this can be a mind struggle to accept some one else’s point of view.

Calling someone delusional is in fact a judgement as it is an assumption that sanity is normal and you have the right path all sorted and you are they perfect subject for the human race, you know all and there is nothing else to learn is why we judge on delusion, the fact that we hide our fears or even acknowledge them is delusional in it’s self , then who is truly delusional, as delusions are part of life when you are unsure of how you perceive reality ( What ever that is? ) as it is not an illusion but it is your perception.

I see the person that is not seeking to either improve them selves or even search for answers of who we are and why we are here, the point being we are all delusional at some point in our lives, we all must accept that we need to be to move forward, but to judge some on else on being delusion is none of our business unless you are asked for your opinion as we are all on a journey being delusional is a part of our learning experience.
