Falling Into Place

When you just find everything just falls into place, everything comes together and you accomplish a lot, but from the begining it’s like your trying fitting a square block into a round hole and it’s not going to happen then out of nowhere the round hole appears to change size oor becomes a square and the universe shines on you.

Stretching

Stretching everyday can sooth the muscles allowing them to breath, I stretch my weary muscles everyday from my head to toe, they contract and compress every day as they should, stretching every day increases your metabolism and increases energy throughout the body, bathing in a hot salt bath prior to stretching also helps the muscles to lose tension allowing you to easily stretch without doing any damage to your muscles.
