How to exercise your third eye and see whats on your mind rather than think it, exercising the third eye is fairly easy but getting it to the point of seeing your imagination like a cartoon takes time, the best way to start is to just focus on the point at the top of the bridge of your nose about an inch or two and half centimeters back, basically right between the eyes, its also right in front of the third eye chakra which should be set about the middle of your head if your centered.

Then once you have done this exercise of focusing on your third, you may need to do some tweaking as well as your third eye may be located a touch higher or lower as we are all a little different, its all about feeling your third eye and adjusting to suit how your brain is positioned, once you start feeling it, try focusing around the room and stare at objects and see if you can see objects glow.

The next step is start teaching your brain to imagine your dreams and visualising them, to do this every night before bed or when you go to bed just relax and imagine and see your imagination through your third eye, just allow it to grow and before you know it you dreaming your dreams in your mind, then you must learn to use your heart to imagine what you really want in your life and dream the true dreams.

The fact that we can think the same, have the same thoughts, or even invent/create the same object at the same time shows that we are all in a tangled web of creation, thoughts create futures and so but when we are told you will go somewhere do we create a thought and react to the statement, and follow a desire to travel either in spirit or to another location or is there a deeper meaning to all these questions.

The fact that we can not prove or disprove psychic abilities brings more questions than answers and to experience this for my self in a very unusual way is as questionable as some “Fake Psychics” out there stealing your hard earned cash, I had a reading from a psychic and she told me I would move and now I am where she said I would move to but the interesting fact behind this was a dream, I think it was anyway, was two men in spirit form come to me, I know I had my eyes open and told them to go away as I was trying to sleep.

I had an incredibly vivid dream that showed me moving to the place I am now and I would get here, and for the past four years I have questioned it, believed it and questioned it some more, I believe that there’s more to life than the eye can see, I would never doubt that but why would I need such direction that I would be approached by two spirits in the dead of night, now I see them around me all of the time.

So was it my psychic ability or was it just an external dream that created this illusion or is it reality and we must realize that we can see and interact with spirits, though they were definitely good spirits my life has improved so much that I am so grateful for the move.
