Stretching everyday can sooth the muscles allowing them to breath, I stretch my weary muscles everyday from my head to toe, they contract and compress every day as they should, stretching every day increases your metabolism and increases energy throughout the body, bathing in a hot salt bath prior to stretching also helps the muscles to lose tension allowing you to easily stretch without doing any damage to your muscles.

I best part is my stretching my lower back and legs as I use them for work, lifting and moving around, up and down lifting different size and weight boxes, doing so many squats each night at work causes my muscles to tighten up especially when I use the right leg the most, pushing your self up, sometimes if I remember to is to I use my left leg or use both legs to push my self up.

If I did not stretch I would be in pain every day, maybe I need a massage soon, to sooth the tension of the struggle of earning in this everyday life.

Update: I went for the massage and I used a natropath, My back and hip are out and now I need to get them aligned which should remove some of the pain.
