Making that decision to decide, can take a bit of thought and processing, how much is required to accomplish the decision and is there an alternative, which path would you take to get to the ultimate goal.

There are easy decisions and hard decisions in life, you can take every moment now, but what about the moments when things change and you have to take a chance, to follow your heart, ego, gut feeling or even your head, connect to the spirit, you could even ask your higher self, but then you must agree with all parts.

This I personally think is the root of anxiety, when the decision to make a decision becomes a major part of your life can take hold, then you can make a decision and wonder is it is the right one.

Time and research would be the only way to get the whole you to agree on the decision you need to make.
