When distractions become a part of ones life, are we following our destiny? or are we running from ourselves, personally I love the distractions as I have a hobby which distracts me from work and work which distracts me from my hobby, and pets to distract me from both when I need to relax as well as watching movies to distract me from reality. (Which I should be watching the one I have got on now.)

To find a way to distract yourself do you socialize? Have hobbies? Or are you one of those people, like me who find solitude a great escape? That is why I have a few websites which I can just get lost in and play with and hope someone visits and actually likes what they see and now I am going into the deeper running’s of how internet servers work which this site is now on.

Some say having distractions is an avoidance of deeper issues but I say its to keep us sane and busy so that we don’t go insane with boredom or depression from over thinking life as we do when we get bore which is not a bad thing though we are here to experience life and not the thought of it, as we do need to be doing something even if it is just sitting and meditating or to accomplish something we wish to achieve, even using meditation to escape from the daily grind.

Distractions are in essence what we need to achieve in our lifes but what if we distract ourselves to forgetfullness and start sleepwalking through life without experiencing life on the way, so don’t let distractions distract you but experience those distractions as a life experience and we should all make our distractions a hobby and use them as enjoyment as well as experience.
