Though most love the rush of Adrenalin that lust brings, this is the animal within us and not the spiritual side of us, though it is connected within us it is, it is the quick fix but also is the art of survival, the animal instinct in us is something that all of us seem to be drawn to, but what about some of us that want mostly the spiritual side.

Lately I have been told by friends and family to just go out and get laid, though I have two major issues with this, one is it has not fixed anything in the past it only makes me angry and depressed, two it is not what I want, so I am refusing to take advise of this kind and going with my spiritual side and leaving the animal at home.

The spiritual side of Love is companionship and sharing the love, both putting in the effort and not just one doing all the work for little or no reward, what I want and I am a male is to find someone to share my life with and not just the sexual organs with.

Though I have found most people live by there animal instinct to have sex and procreate, also for enjoyment, I am all for that but what has happened to the companionship the spiritual side of the relationship unit, I see it in families sometimes but I very rarely see it in couples with out kids.

I feel as though I am backwards in this thinking, but I feel people do not see this way, but in my heart and mind I am right, I know in christian teaching you need to wait till marriage but personally I do not believe marriage to be something someone else gives, it is up each individual who seeks.

So why am I not on the animal side what makes me tick, why do I weigh this as companionship first sex after, it does make it hard in a world where the quick fix is what everyone wants, I have yet to meet someone like me and if I do I will report back!

Where can we find this evidence to find the truth, the truth is out there as they say, but how do we decipher between the both, there is one way we can all do this a with a lot of effort and practice, it all has to do with filtering the words that are spoken.

One persons view point can be completely different from a another persons, so what we need to do is to let go of our ego and follow our heart and emotions to find the truth, but how does this work, wouldn’t allowing people to use emotions to decipher the truth make it worse.

Not if they actually learnt and understand that the ego is the options in the process, every moment of our lives we do a survey on the situation we are in, the ego gives you the one we listen to the first the most prominent thought, this is what we first think in our minds, and most people react to this first thought.

Checking your emotion prior to speaking and finding the most appropriate thought to suit the most loving emotion to respond to your truth, then the lies in your life will dissipate over time, and you will be only living in the truth and love.

Living this way will remove those emotions that we no longer need, this is the next evolution we need to conquer to make us we we really are and to make this a better world to live in.

The only true love is within you and only you, you can share this love by showing affection, the ecstasy of emotionally feeling love is more extraordinary than anything anyone can feel, the point of light in your heart is strong and glowing.

Fearing this love is normal, but is it the fear a knowing that once we experience it, we will understand who we really are, a loving person who cares about humanity and not just about ourselves, the selfishness of lust is to please ones self, the selfishness of love is to not be selfish.

I see a lot of people looking for love in others, but they do not know they can find it in themselves, and they whinge and whine about not being able to find that perfect relationship in there life, they don’t realize it is right there inside them.

Is love a state of mind? YES and feeling its emotion is a right there within your own being, all living things should experience love by finding it in them selves, I found it through a book called The Hathor Material by Tom Kenyon, it teaches you how to create the emotion and understanding that life is more than just what we see, its also what we feel and experience.

Love is in you, you are love, start thinking the emotion of light and experience life through love.
